We have reopened!
Pets Plus is now open between 10am - 5.30pm Mondays to Saturdays, and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays with restrictions in place to keep staff and customers safe. Please observe all signs and safety procedures to help us ensure that guidelines are met.
We have a limited collection service running on weekdays to help our vulnerable customers. There will be a maximum of four daily slots available from Monday-Friday, two at 4.45pm and two at 5pm. We ask that all customers who are able to, please come into the shop, so we can keep this service free for those who desperately need it.
Should you need to place an order, please use our online form below to email your order by 3pm the day before you would like it. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order is picked, we will call you to arrange payment and collection.

How to place an order
Please complete the order form below or download a copy and email it to orders@petsplusberkshire.co.uk. Alternatively, you can call us on 0118 976 1609 between the hours of 10am and 3.30pm Monday to Saturday, or 11am to 2.30pm on Sunday, to place an order on the phone.
Orders will be picked in chronological order, regardless of how they are placed.
Once your order is picked, we will call you to arrange collection and payment of your goods. An allocated time slot will be agreed.
When you come to collect your goods, please park by the main entrance to the Garden Centre. Be mindful of any staff who are about, who may be dropping off your orders, and remain in your car until they are back in the building. Your items will be left on a trolley for you to pick up.
This is to ensure that social distancing guidelines are met.
