Partners of Pets Plus have been involved with upgrading the pet trade over many years, firmly believing in training and developing a knowledgeable, friendly and confident team. Presentation, quality of products, advice and service being an important underlying requirement in achieving a successful outcome for their goals. Their stores have benefited by sponsoring team members to attend Berkshire Agriculture College, Pet Care Trust training programmes and University.
 
Much research has taken place to understand animal behaviour, their habitats and feeding habits.   Other members of the team are experienced in rabbit and guinea pig breeding and dog handling and have much to offer in the way of reliable advice to customers.
 
We can provide a free local (includes Reading and Wokingham and Bracknell) delivery service accept for large assembled chicken and rabbit houses where a minimum of £10.00 will be charged.

Our aim is to promote responsible pet care.
We will engage time with new pet owners passing on our extensive knowledge on feeding, housing, cleaning/hygiene, handling, health.
We will never knowingly sell unhealthy animals
We will only source live stock from vetted experienced responsible breeders
We will quarantine and observe newly acquired livestock for 7 days prior to releasing to new homes and will be available with any help after a pet has left us.
We strive to provide a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service. Senior members and associates hold Pet Store Management, Small Animal Care and Nutrition Qualifications.
The store is mainly staffed by those experienced in Dog Breeding, Rabbit and Guinea Pig Breeding and Dog Handling.
